Information you provide
Contact and recipe submission forms may collect your name, email, phone number, country, city and the information you enter. This information is used to respond, review submissions, improve the site and manage legitimate business enquiries.
First-party website statistics
The site records basic events such as page views, recipe views, successful enquiries and selected outbound clicks. Internet addresses are converted into one-way keyed hashes before storage. Raw statistics are stored on the website server and are not displayed publicly.
Saved recipes and meal plans
Favourites and generated meal plans are stored in your browser using local storage. They are not automatically sent to this website.
Spam and security
Forms use timing checks, a hidden honeypot, rate limiting, CSRF protection and content screening. Cloudflare Turnstile can also be enabled by the site administrator.
Cookies
A temporary session cookie may be used for form security. Advertising or third-party services, if enabled later, may set their own cookies and require an updated consent process.
Disclosure and retention
Information may be handled by hosting, email or security providers where necessary to operate the site. Enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed for administration, legal or security purposes.
